Go to create or edit an existing product and scroll down your product page to find an option with a dropdown menu that says Product Data. In the drop down, switch the drop down choice from Simple Product to Variable Product.

Click the Attributes sub menu bar tab.

Then click the “Add ” Button next to the drop down that says “Custom product attribute” where it says Name, put in the name of the type of option it is, in the case of this video’s product being shirts, I am doing Sizes so I type Sizes. In the values field I type in the sizes I want to offer separated by a “|” . After your sizes are typed in, check the boxes for “Visible on the product page” and “Used for variations”

Then click save attributes.

Next on the left side bar click “Variations”.

You’ll see a drop down menu with the option selected of Add Variation. Click the drop down menu and choose the option that says “Create variations from all attributes” and then click “Go”

Your Attributes will appear, in the case of the video, they’re small, medium, large, and extra large.

Click on each attribute and add the info you’d like for each size; like price, images and additional information you think the customer would like to know.

Be sure to click save changes and then the update button on the right side of the page and you should be all set!
